Pasadena Quarterly Market Insights Report (Micro): Q3 2021
Home sales activity in Pasadena increased 22 percent compared to last year’s third quarter. Home prices were strong with the average sales price increasing 28 percent to $1.3 million. The average sales price for Pasadena condos hit a 29 percent increase at $923,698. Year-over-year condo sales in Alhambra was quickly rising to 60 percent.
